On the main interface, you will see a variety of pre-created online applications, such as official websites, blogs, forums, Roadmap, Help, image and video storage systems, project management tools, and more.
Based on your business needs, select the applications you want to open or close. For example, if you need to set up a company official website, click the "visit site" button of the "Landing Page" option.
After selecting the application type, click the "visit admin" or "visit workplace" button to enter the application configuration page.
On the application configuration page, you also have the option to customize your application in greater detail to meet your personalized needs.
Content Management: For applications like official websites and blogs, you can add, edit, and manage content, including text, images, videos, and more. In the content management area, click the "Add Page" or "Edit Page" button to begin creating and editing content.
Themes and Styles: You can select from a range of themes to alter the appearance and style of your application. In the theme settings area, browse the available themes, click on a theme you like to preview it, and then apply it to your application.
Function Modules: Depending on the application type, you may enable or disable certain function modules. For example, in an e-commerce application, you can add modules such as product catalog, shopping cart, and payment methods. In the function module settings area, check or uncheck the corresponding modules as needed.
Security and Permissions: To safeguard your application and data, you can set access permissions and user roles. In the security and permissions settings area, configure the permission rules according to your business requirements.
Once you have completed the customization settings, click the "Save" or "Publish" button to save your application settings and make them effective.
After the application has been created and configured, you can begin using it. The method of usage will vary depending on the application type. For example:
Official Website: You can access your official website by entering the website's domain name into a web browser to view and navigate through the content.
Blog: You can log in to the blog's backend to publish new articles, manage comments, and more.
E-commerce: You can manage product inventory, orders, and process payments.
During the usage process, if you encounter any issues, you can refer to the platform's help documentation or contact customer support for assistance.
On the Cloudkoonly platform's main interface, you will see a list of all the applications you have created.
Click on the application name to access the application management page, where you can perform routine management tasks such as updating content, adjusting functions, and backing up data.
